All description photos on this site are for reference purposes ONLY and are NOT to be considered the "Actual item" to be shipped. However, the photo's displayed are indeed of the correct model for each item description.


United States Shipping
Liquidation MegaStore will ship to all US addresses. Our primary shipping method is UPS. UPS affords both our customers and us tracking information and insurance on all orders valued up to $500.00. Non Continental shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be provided by USPS. USPS shipping insurance is NOT free, if you desire to have insurance, or purchase additional insurance please contact us IMMEDIATELY after you make your purchase.


Canada Shipping
Liquidation MegaStore will ship to all Canadian addresses. Our primary shipping method is USPS. USPS does NOT automatically afford tracking information and insurance. We will pay for delivery confirmation on all orders, shipping insurance is an additional expense that MUST be purchased by the customer. If you desire to have insurance, or purchase additional insurance please contact us IMMEDIATELY after you make your purchase.


Military Address Shipping
Liquidation MegaStore will ship to all US related Military addresses. Our primary shipping method is USPS. USPS does NOT automatically afford tracking information and insurance. We will pay for delivery confirmation on all orders, shipping insurance is an additional expense that MUST be purchased by the customer. If you desire to have insurance, or purchase additional insurance please contact us IMMEDIATELY after you make your purchase. An additional fee of $3.50 will be charged prior to your order being shipped. Please Note, Military posts will hold your item for several days to inspect the contents of your purchase. This will delay your arrival date greatly, and Liquidation Megastore can not be held responsible for this delay!


Shipping Policies
• We ship orders Mon-Fri. (Excluding Holidays)
• If you purchase BEFORE 12:30 pm, your payment stages that day.
• If you purchase AFTER 12:30 pm, your payment stages the Next "Business Day".
• Your order will NOT be staged until your payment has cleared.
• Most payments clear within 24-48 hours.
• Once your payment is cleared, your order will stage for shipping within 12-24 hrs.
• Delivery Time Is Estimated At: 2-14 days. (Excluding weekends & Holidays)
• We select the shipping carrier & method for any item we sell.
• You may upgrade to a faster shipping service at your expense.
• We Do accept Local Pick Up / Delivery: Just $5.00 / $20.00
• Shipping insurance is made available for your protection.
• We are NOT responsible for items damaged or lost while in transit, EVER!
• PayPal customers, we will ONLY ship to your PayPal verified address!
• You will NOT get a refund for lost items if you're address is not PayPal confirmed!
• We will ship to a PO Box, but are NOT responsible for NON delivery.
• Orders placed on Friday will ship Monday or the next business day if Monday is a holiday
• Saturday delivery is only available upon request & will incur additional charges.
• Liquidation Megastore has no control over the timeliness of our couriers.
• We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.


RETURNS:
The following guidelines must be met for consideration of return. Returns / Refunds are NOT allowed for reasons other than what is listed below!

• Refunds/Returns are NEVER granted for items sold "AS-IS".
* Unwanted returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
* We will NOT issue a refund for special order items.
• Refunds will be granted for grossly misrepresented items.
• Refunds will be granted if we ship the wrong item.
• Refunds will be granted for defective items that were listed as NON defective.
• Refunds will ONLY be given once we receive the item back to us.
• Items MUST be returned within 30 days of date of delivery for a refund.
• Buyer pays return shipping, UNLESS we ship the wrong item.
• If we do not charge shipping, we will NOT refund shipping costs.
• You have 3 days from date of receiving your purchase to report any missing or damaged parts.
• All products & packaging should be inspected upon delivery
• Any damage should be brought to the carrier's attention.
• If necessary, you should alert the carrier that a claim needs to be filed for that shipment.
• Once a claim is processed & approved by the carrier, our shipping department ship out a replacement.
• Any item defective within 30 days of delivery may be exchanged for a replacement
• We do not accept returns after 30 days. No exceptions unless authorized before purchase.
• You must have a valid Return Authorization Number (RAN).
• To get a R.A.N. please contact at returns@liquidationmegastore.com.
• All returns must be post marked within 5 business days from the issue date of the R.A.N.
• Packages not post marked within 5 business days of issue date of the R.A.N. may be rejected.
• Equipment may not be altered or tampered with.
• Due to sanitary regulations we reserve the right to refuse returns on earphones.
• Original merchandise box must not be defaced or altered in any way.
• ALL original equipment & items MUST be fully intact, Including Free items given with purchase!
• If ANY item is missing, even accidentally, your return will be rejected & no Refund will be given.
• If merchandise returned as defective proves to not be defective we send the unit back.
• For wrongly returned items, you will be charged return shipping to send the item back to you.
• Once a legitimate return is received, we may take up to 7 business days to inspect it.
• After inspection, a warranted return will be issued within 1-2 business days.
• In cases of late returns, we will charge a 30% restocking fee.


* NO EXCEPTIONS! - FOR ANY POLICIES! - EVER! - PERIOD!!!



* Please note customer (purchaser) is responsible for all return shipping regardless of reason for return. We recommend placing insurance on return shipments. Liquidation MegaStore is not responsible for any lost or stolen return packages.

* Properly returned defective merchandise will be replaced without a charge as long as all parts, accessories, and manuals are returned in proper fashion.

* Liquidation Megastore is not responsible for items that may be damaged, or lost by the shipping company, or "carrier" (FedEx, UPS, USPS).

* If necessary, we will aid in the filing of an appropriate claim with the carrier.
